ESOS aims to highlight the potential of the electronics sector and attract the talent of tomorrow. Our ambition is to help people discover the vital role that electronics plays in tackling environmental challenges, whilst encouraging more women to join this sector of the future.

To spark curiosity and foster an interest in science, particularly electronics
To develop an experimental approach and critical thinking
To raise awareness of the issues surrounding sustainable, open and sovereign electronics: “How can electronics address environmental challenges and contribute to the energy transition?”
To provide information on jobs and careers in electronics to young people, parents and careers advisers
Our Targets and Means of Action
We use a variety of initiatives to attract secondary and higher education students to our pathway, and to raise general public awareness of the major challenges facing the electronics sector. Here are some examples:
